TC-1A Extended Neck Tubing Hanger. Annular seal is lockscrew energized. Lift and suspension threads are available in standard tubing sizes and threads.

TC-1A Tubing Hanger

Description

TC-1A with an extended neck that protrudes above the tubing head spool. The extended neck incorporates 2 or more S-seals. The A-5P tubing head adapter seals over the neck of this hanger offering a second seal point so the hanger can be tested. The body seal is activated by the lockdown pins.

TC-1A hangers can be modified to include connections and ports for the hydraulic ontrol line in the event of hydraulically controlled down-hole safety valve installation.

Features

  • Threaded, standard API or pre- mium tubing threads - common tubing sizes
  • Neck has "S" seals (2) on OD; reliable externally energized an- nular compression seal activated by retractable lockdown screws in the tubing head
  • Prepared for type "H" back pressure valves (standard), and 2-way check valves

TC-1A-EN Tubing Hanger with Non-Continuous DHCL

Features

  • Equipped with control line ports to control the opening and closing of surface safety valves (SSV) from the tubing hanger adapter, and/or chemical injection ports

  • Downhole safety valves may be operated with the DHCL; chemical injection can occur
  • Greater reliability with premium threads which will prevent galling problems

TC-1A-EN-M2M (metal-to-metal) Tubing Hanger

Features

  • Threaded, standard API or premium tubing threads - common tubing sizes
  • Hanger neck has tapered metal seal (1) on OD
  • Prepared for type "H" back pressure valves (standard)
  • Two elastomeric annular body seals below the metal seal to allow for testing
  • Equipped with porting for DHCL to control the opening and closing of surface safety valves (SSV) from the surface to external wellhead
  • Has a specially designed tubing head adapter for use with the M2M hanger
