Products Description
The Enerpal Flowhead is a solid block surface control head designed for use in wellhead testing, perforating, and wireline operations.
We offer a wide range of wellhead test products, such as Surface Test Tree, Surface Safety Valves (SSV), Choke Manifolds.
We can design surface test trees to the customer’s specific need, including: multiple configurations, incorporating Lower Master Valve (LMV) integral to flowhead block, LMV below Swivel to various industry-standard pressure and temperature ratings and service requirements.
Wellhead Testing Flowhead (Surface Test Tree), consists of four gate valves: a master valve, two wing valves, and a swab valve.
The outlet wing valve is acted by hydraulic actuator. Above the swab valve is a lifting subassembly (sub)with a threaded connection. The threaded connection is often called a quick union which is used to connect auxiliary pressure equipment. Beneath the optional swivel are the master valve assembly and the bottom sub. In order to raise and lower a drill stem test (DST) string, elevators (clamps) are attached to the flowhead.
Flowhead is divided into two types:
One is mater valve integralled in main block.
The other is mater valve below main block.
Additionally, the enerpal Flowhead has been designed with the choke and kill line outlets at a downward angle in order to satisfy minimum space requirements. These outlets can be provided with connections hang downward rather than straight out to the sides as is common in other flowhead.
A specially designed removable crash frame is included which provides protection for the valves and actuators used in the main valve block. The enerpal Flowhead also incorporates proven metal-to-metal sealing technology throughout its’ design and all valves are single piece slab gate valves with hard faced surfaces to insure reliability during use in harsh environment operations.
