Product Description

Enerpal Demco Mud Gate Valves are Forged/Cast exclusively made for mud, cement, fracturing water and steam abrasive applications.

We can provide the proposal as per customer's requirement and the service environment.

The DM mud gate valves can be supplied with flanged end, hammer union end, threaded & butt weld end connection.

All valves are hydrostatic shell & seat tested in accordance with the API 6A Specifications.

The bonnet is easily removed for internal parts inspection and/or replacement without removing the valve from the lines .

This design simplicity permits fast and easy service without the need for special tools.

  • Flexible Trim Offerings

Optional materials for stems, gates, seat inserts and seat elastomers make it easier to trim valves for a wide range of service conditionss.

  • Double Acting Thread Design for Fast Operation

The DM 2000, 3000, and 5000 psig working pressure valves contain douale acting threads working together in a specially designed stem screw, screw housing, and stem arrangements.  Note: the 2” (50 mm) and larger 5000 psi valve is a single-thread, heavy-duty, rising stem design with bearings.

  • Exclusive Seat Design for Drop-Tight Sealing

The DEMCO Series DM gate valve seat uses a unique design to provide a drop tight shutoff in abrasive and erosive services.

Storage

Demco DM gate valves are shipped from the factory fully open and with end protectors.

lt is recommended that they remain in this condition until time for installation.They should be stored in a dry place, preferably indoors, away from extreme heat. These valves contain elastomeric seals which deteriorate with heat and age.
