Adapter Spools are available with flanged ends of various sizes. An adapter spool separates two components by a determined length with different end connections.

Product Description

The Adapter Spool is a part which is often used in pressure control applications, with flanged end connections have different nominal sizes and/or pressure ratings.

They play a crucial role in pressure control systems, facilitating connections between blow-out preventers (BOPs), choke manifolds, kill manifolds, wellhead equipment and christmas tree.

Adapter spools help in connecting different sections of pipelines, particularly when there are changes in pipe diameter or when connecting to other equipment. They can separate two different end connections by a predetermined length.

Enerpal have a large selection of Adapter Spools in various sizes and pressure ratings used for oilfield applications.Designed and manufactured in accordance with API 6A/API16A standards.The Adapter Spool can be supplied with material specifications of AISI 4130 or 410 as per customer’s requirement.

We manufacture Adapter and Spacer Spools as per API 6A/API16A according to customer requirement in reference to size and length. These items are supplied with full material traceability and necessary documents.

In addition, Enerpal can design spacer spools with end connections of same nominal sizes and pressure ratings used to connect two different equipment.
