TC-ESP Tubing Hanger

Enerpal TC-ESP tubing hanger is dual-ported, c/w one port to accept a single production tubing string. The other port is designed to accommodate the electrical.

Features and Benefits

  • Has redundant "B" Type "S" seals on the body of the hanger
  • No alignment groove. It has an attachable alignment plate on the bottom of the hanger when alignment is required
  • No threads for penetrator makeup. Penetrator will be equipped with a "jam" nut on the bottom of the penetrator to hold in the hanger body
  • Can easily convert an existing flowing well to an ESP without the need to change out the tubing head. Can utilize a TCM-type tubing head
  • Can convert a finished hanger with a QCI penetrator profile to accept a BIW penetrator
  • Penetrator does not require rotation for makeup. Eliminates the potential of seal or thread damage when rotation of penetrator is necessary
TC-ESP Tubing Hanger

Description

TC-ESP tubing hanger is dual-ported, with one port designed to accept a single production tubing string. The second port is designed to accommodate the electrical conductors that pass the current between the surface cable and the subsurface cable that goes to the pump.

TC-ESP tubing hanger is designed for 7 1/16"- 3,000/5,000 and 11"- 3,000/5,000 flange sizes. We standardized on EUE thread configurations. Nevertheless, additional thread profiles and different configurations can be supplied. While configurations and designs may differ with customer requirements, the basic design concepts stay the same.

TC-ESP tubing hanger compatible with ESP tubing head adapter. ESP adapter is a tubing head adapter have seal bores to accommodate both a tubing hanger neck seal and an electrical power feed-thru device.
