High Pressure Manifold Fittings

All of our high pressure manifold fittings are forged from AISI 4130 grade.They are suitable for high-pressure service of between 5,000psi and 20,000psi.

High Pressure Manifold Fittings

Product Description

Long sweep manifold fittings are specialized pipe fittings designed with a large bend radius, typically 2D or greater, to minimize pressure drop in fluid or gas flow systems. They are commonly used in applications like cement and mud systems where maintaining full flow and reducing pressure loss is crucial. These fittings are often made from forged steel, like AISI 4130, and come in various configurations including elbows, tees, and crosses.

Long sweep manifold fittings are available in both equal and reducing configurations. We can supply standard and special pipe wall schedules, for the following pressure ratings:
