Material

Enerpal unions are manufactured from steel forgings using materials appropriate to specific pressure ratings.

End Connections

Enerpal unions are available in a choice of end connections. APl line pipe threads are standard. Butt weld ends can be provided.

Sour Service

Sour service is available and all H2S service parts of Enerpal unions conform to the latest NACE specifications.

Low Temperature Service

Enerpal unions can be supplied for low temperature applications with suitable impact value testing.

Interchangeability

All Enerpal union components of the same size and figure number are Weco interchangeable. All Enerpal union nuts have three hammer lugs.

Application

  • Weco unions are crucial components in fracturing operations. The fracturing high-pressure pipeline consists of Hammer Lug Unions, Long Sweep Swivel Joints, Pup Joints and Circulating Hoses.
  • It can be used as a quick-connect or disconnect connector in the choke and kill lines.
