Casing Head Assembly
Casing head assembly is the lower part of surface wellhead equipment, which between the uppermost portion of the surface casing and the tubing head adapter.

Product Description
Casing head assemlby is the lower part of surface wellhead equipment ,which consists of components at the surface of an oil or gas well that provides the structural and pressure-containing interface for the drilling and production equipment.
Wellhead includes all permanent equipment between the uppermost portion of the surface casing and the tubing head adapter connector. ie. Casing head housing, casing head spool, tubing head spool, casing hanger, tubing hanger. The casing head and tubing head are used to seal the annular space between the wellbore and the casing or tubing.
The wellhead also includes valves and fittings for controlling the flow of oil or gas from the well.

The Systems can be supplied to meet the complete API material class, temperature range and PSL level requirements. 3,000 PSI through to 15,000 PSI pressure ratings are available.

Function of Enerpal wellhead
The primary purpose of the wellhead is to provide the suspension point and pressure seals for the casing strings that run from the oil or gas reservoir to the surface pressure control equipment.
The most important benefit of a wellhead is its ability to safely contain the pressure and flow of oil or gas from the well. This is crucial for maintaining the integrity of the well and preventing leaks or blowouts.
The surface pressure control is provided by a Christmas tree, which is installed on top of the wellhead.

- Slip type and mandrel type casing and tubing hangers according to customer requirements
- The casing hanger have elastomeric Pack off is automatically energized with casing weight
- Use of secondary seal in casing/tubing spool with industry standard and reliable “FS” type seals
- Casing / Tubing Spools comes with VR thread on outlets
- Three different types of outlets: Line pipe, Studded, Extended flanged outlets are available .
