Product Description

Circulation hoses, also known as cementing hoses, are specialized high-pressure hoses used in oil and gas drilling and wellhead servicing.They are designed to transfer drilling mud, cement slurry, and other high-pressure fluids.

Enerpal manufactures a full line of high quality circulation and cementing hoses. We offer hoses ranging from 2" to 4" in and can handle up to 15,000 psi CWP. When used in sour gas service, they can handle 10,000 psi CWP.

These hoses are typically made of steel and feature swivel joints for flexibility, wing unions for tight connection and easy breakout, and absorb vibration.

To ensure customer satisfaction, our hoses come with full traceability and are manufactured from the highest quality raw materials.

When ordering, it's important to specify details like size, working pressure, length, connection type, and working conditions (e.g., H2S presence).

Application

Circulating Hoses are crucial components in fracturing operations. The fracturing high-pressure pipeline consists of Hammer Lug Unions, Long Sweep Swivel Joints, Pup Joints and Circulating Hoses.
